ANCA immunoassay panel includes MPO and PR3 antibodies. Presence of PR3 antibodies is associated with granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and to a lesser extent microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) or eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA). Presence of MPO antibodies is associated with MPA, renal limited vasculitis, or EGPA, and to a lesser extent GPA.
